As far as I know, even though they claim people who are banned for alledgely breaking the terms of service are entitled to get their deposit back after being booted out, they actually seem not to care about their own terms of service and all they do is blocking the account of those gamblers who had gooduck with their bets. If they truly wanted gamblers to be able to withdraw their initial deposits, then it would be matter of them to allow those gamblers to access their accounts and reduce the balance until reaching the initial deposit, setting the account on withdrawal-only mode, as services like exchanges often do when people get restricted from trading on their platform.

It is obvious by the stories we all have ready around here this casino do not even take about their own ToS and just seek for opportunities to take money and defraud those who are not informed enough of its shady reputation.
