Not sure if by any chance that the forum has any rights in banning site just because this is scam because have not seen anything like this since then.
but if there are one please enlighten us mate for our own knowledge.
This forum can ban whatever the site they want from advertising their services within this forum. Just look at sites like yobit, popular mixers etc which were permanently banned from the forum.
The forum does not ban the advertisements for services just because they are scams. Yobit was not banned from the forum because of their scammy activities; instead, they got banned because those promoting them were spamming the forum, which eventually led to them being stopped here. While for mixers, we all know that it`s not a scam; they only got banned because of the last event that happened, and bitcointalk got mentioned in the statement given by the fed and to prevent harm from coming to the forum, theymos thought it would be better if they just got rid of them.
