Investing twenty thousand dollars in just altcoins seems too risky in this bull market. So if I have the ability to invest $20,000 then I would definitely invest $10,000 in Bitcoin as the first choice. The remaining $10,000 I will divide into five parts and invest in the top 5 coins in the coin market. I don't want to invest in any new altcoins but the best old coins in the coil market have a high chance of price correction.
You are right that investing everything in altcoins isn't a safe choice but since this is the altcoin section and the question is about altcoins, I think we are supposed to talk about altcoins and not Bitcoin even if we know we shouldn't be investing everything we have in altcoins since it is extremely risky.
I agree with what you say though that one shouldn't invest in such a high amount in altcoins that they aren't confident about or are sure that they are going to give good returns when the market enters the bull run or just gets into the positive side.
These days, people are so eager to invest in new cryptocurrencies because they have seen that newly launched cryptocurrencies provide higher profits and it's true in most cases, however, they carry extreme risks as well.
