Op today is not public holiday though I don't know foe other departments and sectors but for the education section I saw teachers and students were going to school today so when I saw your comment on public holiday I was thinking the otherwise. But that is not withstanding I also join other meaningful Members to celebrate Women like SatoPrincess, livesmayfamilis, and other anonymous women in the forum.
