details:

it checks the top 100 usdt pairs in the xeggex exhange and look for RSI and SMA signals for each.

If it detects both signals for common BUY or SELL, adds them to the list.

RSI > 60 and SMA negative => SELL
RSI < 30 and SMA positive => BUY
