I opened this topic so that there are no others in my situation.
I wanted to raise an alarm signal regarding these THEFT practices, without giving you the opportunity to withdraw your coins, without being notified in any way of the change in the regulation...
When to replies like this, I always give enthusiasm to the person that's raising their concern to the platform that they've raised it. But this time, if it's hitbtc, I am sorry to tell you OP that they don't have a good reputation since long time ago. They're really terrible and I guess that they're even kind to reply you on your email telling that they're taking time to investigate on your concern. But sorry, no hopes with that as they're known for being notorious and you'd definitely going to be the luckiest person ever alive if they granted you your request for withdrawal. So, if you're thinking that they're going to give you back your money, they might but I doubt it that it will be the soonest and really terribly sorry for disappointing you but that's truly what hitbtc is like.
