I really can't guess what project you are talking about.  But for advice, you have to read their rules and commitments in the testing program.  Make sure they promise decent value for your work.  And don't forget to see the potential the project has.  If there is nothing clear about it, it is better to just not go along with it.  Why you wasting your time for useless things?  Especially if it requires you to spend your dollars to buy their coins with tempting promises.  Stay away from them.  It's better to invest in coins that are already has names.
