I am not surprised by the draw achieved by Napoli in this match, because in reality they did not perform as well as last season. However, I think they were just unlucky in this match so they had to end the match with a draw. Because if you look at the opportunities they created, they had quite a lot of chances, it's just that only 1 of all the existing opportunities they could convert into a goal.
They controlled the game, but they had to end the first half without a goal. In the second half they were finally able to score a goal but unfortunately their lead only lasted 4 minutes because Torino managed to equalize. They should be satisfied with this result, although I think they deserved to win.
I agree with the assessment that Napoli did not perform as well as they have in the past but I believe that luck is not the only factor at play in their draw. While they did create opportunities their inability to convert those chances into goals is a reflection of their overall performance. Additionally letting Torino equalize so quickly after taking the lead shows a lack of defensive focus. While Napoli may have controlled the game they ultimately did not do enough to secure a win.
