There is enough circumstantial evidence in my opinion to conclude that it is the same person behind both accounts. Enrolling in a campaign several minutes apart is suspicious enough for two accounts which are connected by way of blockchain activity.

There is also their writing style. They make low quality generic posts and often begin sentences with a lowercase letter.

Here is another piece of evidence which is more conclusive. Both addresses sent COMBO tokens to the same Binance deposit address on the same date.

There are also two other wallets that deposited COMBO tokens to that address on the same day as well, which means they enrolled 4 accounts in that specific bounty campaign. The other addresses are 0x0f9503c524EcD090C0353b178Eab79d4d9d5419a and 0xcA8C176E4c29876DaEF952c3a2FeA2685A7Afcf8 which belong to gaston castano and huu78
