It is difficult for any coach to bring Napoli back to what it was in the Spalletti era. The President of Napoli, who is known to be very stubborn and does not fully trust the coach, makes it difficult for this team to develop, even though the Partenopei would already be a fairly solid team in Serie A if it were not for the President's intervention.
How do you know that the President of Napoli has a stubborn character in managing the Napoli club.
Failing to win against Torino could allow Torino to play better than Napoli. I only consider intervention and not trusting the coach as a baseless reason because before playing Torino, Napoli managed to beat Juventus, which clearly means that Juventus' quality is better than Torino.

Juventus is in second place. Torino is in 10th place. I don't believe your statement regarding what you say.
Not experiencing defeat is good enough for Napoli.
