I write right now in the Champions League thread about them, because i was having high hopes of seeing them winning against Inter Milan, but man they are playing horrible right now. And they are not longer so effective in defense like in the past, seems like they are suffering so much for not having Griezman in the starter 11.
Griezman's absence is affecting Atletico Madrid's play, it has shown in their last two game they struggled to secured three points against Real Betis. Morata missed the first penalty but had another chance to scored another goal to make up for his error against Real Betis. But even with the absent of Griezman, I wasn't expecting that Atletico Madrid would lose to a relegation team like Cadiz and that their play would decline to this extent. With this performance, Atletico Madrid is already eliminated from the Champions League after the first leg, they are already down with one goal. They will not go on to the next round. Inter Milan is currently a difficult opponent to play against.
