I've having enough trouble with the regular version. A few more days til you hit 4000!
This new version of push-ups is less stressful than the regular version. You can even do 50 push-ups in a go because it doesn't require a lot of strength like the regular version. If you don't want to practice the new version, that's okay because I did it yesterday and this morning, and I noticed that the new version is a push-up workout that will help build up six packs and also reduce pot belly.
