It is foolish to think that Manchester City will win against Arsenal. Arsenal won the match against Liverpool 3-1. Arsenal's players were confident despite the strong opposition. And managed to get 3 points from the match. So I think even though Manchester City is a strong team, they have a big chance of dropping points against Arsenal.
If you think it's very stupid to expect Manchester City to win a game against Arsenal, then you might forget that Arsenal can never be completely confident that they will be able to maintain their performance against Manchester City. Arsenal has a greater chance of losing than Manchester City, so if you bet on Arsenal then maybe you are ready to lose.
In other words, you underestimated Manchester City to win the game against Arsenal and that is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. I think you need to check the probabilities of both teams before you say that, even the bookies are not brave enough to say that.
