It would be sweet if you still got this graded through PCGS- I imagine that it would still grade pretty decent even dispite this gouge as the coin still has great luster and eye appeal it seems. The back is also in great condition and the holo appears to be placed on very well and centered and little to no damage. You could perhaps have it sold in auction with someone's help and just place a reserve price on it that would seem reasonable I guess. As far as the value you could get for something like that its hard to say.
