need to result of Manchester City vs Arsenal which is going to play on 30th March at the Etihad Stadium and this will be beneficial for them in two cases draws or Manchester City win will bring them to the top and in case of win for the Arsenal surely we will have Arsenal at the top for long time or even until end of this season with both Liverpool and Manchester City will be stayed behind them.
If I were Liverpool, I'd assume my competitors would win the rest of the matches so they need to score more goals to make sure they have a better goal difference. It is difficult but not impossible, and certainly better compared to hoping your rivals will fail since you have the same points anyway. Some players also need to step up better, considering how many chances were wasted in their match against Man City. Bad refereeing does happen but complaining about it is useless since the refereeing body is deaf anyway.
Chelsea's game is always difficult to predict. The victory over Newcastle is certainly an extraordinary achievement for the Blues. An additional three points could be capital for Pochettino to bring Chelsea to a better ranking. Chelsea still has time to continue to achieve positive results, I think the postponed match against Arsenal is quite profitable because Chelsea again have to focus on the FA Cup quarter-finals.
It is quite ironic that beating Newcastle is considered a great achievement for them nowadays, considering how terrible Newcastle's form has been recently. I don't think it is an extraordinary performance tbh, and they should've won this regardless of their position on the table if they want to at least compete in Europe next season. That being said, it looks impossible to achieve considering they have around 20 points deficit with their unpredictable form.
