The performance is sluggish and there is proof for it in the form that they are out of the DFB Pokal and that they have a very bad Bundesliga game from time to time. They did turn around things in the Champions League for now and their position is looking horribly bad in the Bundesliga because there is another team performing exceptionally.
If Bayern Munich wins all games left, I don't know whether we could really call the performance sluggish. It's just that they found this exceptionally strong opponent that in other seasons won't probably be there like that in the future.
If we talk about the titles that Bayern Munich can win this season. in the DFB pokal Bayern Munich has been eliminated. of course it will not be able to get the title from the DFB pokal. in the Bundesliga, the points are very far behind leverkusen so it is also impossible to get the title from the Bundesliga. the remaining titles this season that Bayern Munich can win are only in the champion league, it will be very heavy.
Impossible has a different meaning than you are suggesting here. Impossible means mathematically the chance is equal to zero, but it isn't. If you said that it is practically inconceivable, then I would agree. But there is still a mathematical chance for a few things to happen here. Bayer Leverkusen is still playing in all competitions, injuries can happen and there are 9 games to go. I personally don't believe that Bayern Munich will still win the title, but I am not saying it is impossible. Everyone who has been a football fan for a long time, also has seen scenarios come true that nobody believed would be "possible". Leverkusen needs 18 points out of the remaining 27 points that will be played for. They haven't lost a game and there aren't really any indicators that are pointing towards possible losses anytime soon, but still. I can imagine that Bayern Munich will now continue like they did in the last two games.
