I just got reply from Swisscex team, they have upgraded the wallet to 10.3.2, thanks for their effort!
some people reported that they can't finish syncing when using 10.3.2, i will try my best to fix it and make sure all people can finish syncing without a long time.
i'm doing experiment on concurrent sync now, testing result shows that the speed of concurrent sync is much faster than 10.3.2, but i need more test before release.

Anybody able to transfer from SWISSCEX? I now get "failed to transfer"...
It failed on me initially as well. Try rebroadcasting the transaction (resendtx txid in Command Line Banking). My transaction went through after I resent it. Now my Pennies are resting safely at SwissCex, so it looks like the wallet upgrade worked!
Still, the failure to send seems like a problem if it happens consistently. Is anybody else having this problem?
