WOW!  Really shocked reading this.  Not saying what buyer or seller is saying is or is not true just that I have been buying from Heisenberg63 FOR YEARS {but not in the last months) without issue. The "lost phone" excuse does sound kinda fluky though.

While he could have F'd up I'd bet that this will get fixed to everyone's satisfaction. Just seems so out of the norm for him.  Hopefully it gets resolved.
