That's true but the biggest mistake they made was drawing there match against Liverpool because that was there opportunity of becoming the top position of the premier league but they lost the chance, funny enough if they had utilize all the opportunity they had on that match they would have surely win Liverpool but right now nothing is certain yet because they also have Arsenal to face and Liverpool still have a point different with Manchester City and there is every chance that Liverpool will win there next match and after then they will still obtain there first position while Arsenal on the second leaving Manchester City on a very tight corner, so for now is really difficult for Manchester City.
Look at how many opportunities Luis Díaz lost in this match; sometimes he would have a one on one with the goalkeeper and he wouldn't have grabbed the opportunity. Liverpool missed more opportunities than Manchester City. Particularly than Manchester City, Liverpool dominated the match. Liverpool has many chance to won the game more than Manchester City if Díaz did not wasted so many opportunities. Two of Liverpool's goals were disallowed for offside. The game was meant to end in a draw because that was how their first game ended, the both teams were fighting for the top spot in the league. The second meeting end in a draw as i expected.
Liverpool still has a good chance of overtaking Arsenal if they win their next game. Arsenal's battle with Manchester City will be difficult because we all know how these two teams have played so far this season, but my prediction is that one of these teams will drop a point.
