I still do not think that neither Chelsea nor Newcastle will be able to go to Europe, it doesn't seem likely. I get the point and I am not saying that it would be impossible to have something like that, of course it "could" happen and there is no argument that it would be impossible, I am just saying that it is unlikely and that's it. I get that we are in a stage where we are going to see the world get a better approach towards football rather than just spend money all thanks to this situation.
With the remaining matches at the moment and by looking at the performance of Newcastle and Chelsea to date which is sometimes difficult to guess then it is not a difficult thing to guess that they will definitely not be able to be in that phase.
Currently Newcastle are still in 10th position and Chelsea are one level below although the difference in points can still be pursued for the Europa League position but indeed it will be very difficult to happen because some of the clubs above them also started to try to continue to improve their performance.
I think expecting Chelsea and Newcastle for now could be an empty hope so instead of expecting that to happen it would be better for them to continue to try to improve their squad to be better from the start of management and players who are not too useful then must be replaced with better ones.
Chelsea actually always tries to apply that it's just that the way they do it is too extreme every season which makes it even more difficult and hassle because of adaptation with new players every season that occurs.
