The team's board will be praising the coach because he's a Saint for the club, with him sitting in the headcoach position, alot of things have improved with the club. There's never dissapointing results for the club currently. Bayer Leverkusen have the consistency to continue pushing forward to win matches, it's very important they lift the Bundesliga title because it's been their top priority in the space. Xabi Alonso sits by the corner to ensure things flows smoothly for his side, always in charged to make the long and short possible game strategy for his team.
It's still weird for me to see this good performance from Leverkusen and I'm wondering how they had this good performance when they didn't buy many players and good coaches during the summer and they even had fewer investments than many other teams but they got better results than all other teams. Even Bayern Munich with all the players they have like Harry Kane, couldn't make them stop.
Some people think Leverkusen is winning because of Xabi Alonso but that's very hard to believe that the only reason for their good performance is Xabi Alonso, that's because of the better teamwork that has.
