It's a bit light for an anchor and you need to hammer it really good before so 
- sell it, just put the price 1$ lower than the cheapest and it will be gone in a few days
- heater, that is if your electricity is not far more expensive than gas
- turn it into some brutalism style décor
- emergency dog/cat silencer when you run out of flower pots
