9 matches remaining in the Bundesliga and we see a fairly large gap (10 points) between Bayer Leverkusen and Bayern Munich, in theory Bayern Munich can still knock Bayer Leverkusen from the top of the standings, but is it possible that Bayer Leverkusen will waste their chance to get the Bundesliga title? I don't think so.
Based on Bundesliga historical records, Bayer Leverkusen have never won this title and if they can continue to be consistent, they can make history for themselves and break the 11 year dominance that has been built by Bayern Munich.
I think Bayer will do it, Bayern have made too many mistakes this season and thus allowed Bayer to achieve such a lead. But Bayer also has merit in this, Alonso managed to build an excellent team, and I would like to see whether the “pharmacists” will retain this team for the next season, when Bayer will have to play in the Champions League. By the way, I would like to see Bayer Leverkusen and Liverpool this season in the Champions League, but sometimes it happens that clubs in their best form do not participate in this tournament.
