I don't used any apps though to track, I just write it down in my notebook and go back and update.
I'm not using notebook, I write my push-up activities in Excel sheet. I think, When 1 month is complete I can show you. I have entered day 14, the quantity of push-up increasing day by day it's today also 55 push-up . Continue to take per day 3 sessions because I have office ...In the midst of so much busyness, I am continuing push-up. Colleagues want to know the secret of my physical change... I also said that I am facing a challenge and I'm doing it. I wish I could open my t-shirt and show you how much my body has improved.

Just finished my 37th day.. and I had a "friend" who had visited me within the last days, and she had not visited me since before I began doing the pushups.  So, I was hoping that she might say something about noticing some kind of a change, but she did not say anything... so maybe the physical change is still not sufficiently noticeable - even though I can see and feel the difference, but it might not be enough of an obvious physical difference for another person to really notice.. unless she noticed but she just did not want to say anything..   I am not going to push the topic.. so I just have to wait for some other person who might not have seen me recently.. but then there could some that notice even if they are seeing you on a daily basis... and at some point they start to notice..
At this stage, it is only you who will notice there is a change in your body because of how easily and quickly you finish your daily activities. The 37th day of push-ups is not enough to develop your body for another person to notice it. If you are consistent enough and do the push-ups for three months, your body will start developing, and another person will see the physical change in your body.

At most times it doesn't matter how long but the intensity of your push ups will give a better results regardless of the duration you have done it, someone should not be doing same number of push ups without a comparative increase intensity that will be sufficient enough to challenge the growth of your muscles. however, taken some  good dietary measures and having some good rest can as well help in achieving significant muscle growths.
It matters how long you have done your push-ups, and your consistency in doing them will determine when you will achieve physical body development. As a starter, if you do push-ups for a month, there will not be any change in your body, but you will get an inner improvement, which only you can notice because of how fast you are at getting things done. You must undergo a series of pains for months before you can get your body to take on a new shape, and in some cases, it can take six months. It took some people who were training all parts of their bodies in the gym years before they achieved the body shape they have now. Remember, no pain, no gain.
