Wait one more month I would say. Three months seems okay to make a conclusion.

If you don't have a reasonable response then you can collect evidences like deposit information, bet history, withdrawal ID (if there is any) and then create a scam accusation but as per my knowledge Rollbit is a reputed casino and they takes their issues seriously. Considering the reputation, I am hoping your case will be resolved soon.
