Arteta should focus his attention to the champions league. Arsenal need to win a champions league title. It is the most important title for them in my opinion. They have never won it. Winning the champions league will give Arsenal fans the bragging rights they need to get back at their rivals in the premier league.
Focusing on the Champions League does not mean they can become champions in the Champions League especially this is the first season after their long absence in the Champions League which will definitely make this more difficult than imagined especially by looking at what is happening now where the quarter-finals this time are not easy names because currently only the best clubs remain in each major league in Europe.
The Bundesliga takes 2 positions where the regular clubs Bayern and Dortmund are still quite formidable.

PSG as a representative of Ligue 1 also made it to the quarter-finals after previously in the last 2 seasons they failed in the last 16 and the remaining 2 EPL clubs where Manchester City who won the previous trophy and the newcomer, Arsenal.
At the moment looking at the name of the club and the experience of the last few seasons it looks like Arsenal is the most recent to experience the Champions League and it is clearly troublesome if their target is the champion because it is a complicated situation that is a little difficult to happen.
