If someone wants to be in a campaign on this forum and not bake to, that means the person is not a good poster. If the person earn enough merits and having quality posts, campaign managers will see them and take them. There was a time that mixers campaigna were limited on this forum just like this time that we have none and still many people are in campaigns. There are still many signature campaigna on this forum but just that good posters are the ones joining it.
