Winning the La Liga title is not difficult for Madrid. Real Madrid is not ahead by a big margin. However, Madrid's two main opponents, Barcelona and Girona, have had erratic performances. That's why it won't be difficult for Real Madrid to win the La Liga title. So Ancelotti will now prepare his squad to face Manchester City.
I think Madrid should remain focused on La Liga this week, because however in the near future they will face a match against Osasuna, indeed if we look at the quality of Osasuna of course they are not comparable to Madrid, but to secure 3 points of course Madrid should not underestimate Osassuna in the match later, currently girona and barcelona has left Madrid behind them but if they underestimate their opponents then it is not impossible Madrid will Slipped and can be chased by Girona and Barcelona in their remaining 9 matches.
I don't think that girona will give up that quickly in the hunt for the trophy because with 7 points behind there is actually still hope for girona to approach madrid even though it is a little difficult.
The Champions League match will of course be Ancelotti's focus in addition to La Liga, but I think at the moment it is still too soon for Madrid to focus on the Champions League and make them no longer concentrate on the league, the first leg of the Champions League will be played on April 10-11 and the second leg, April 17-18, making it possible for Ancelotti to prepare their squad well in order to avenge last season humiliating defeat to Manchester City.
