I haven't had a chance to work out for a long time, thanks to this thread I'm back. The bull run in the market feels good too. I continue to do 100 push-ups, not every day, but every other day and let the muscles regenerate.
Don't just focus on upper body and skip leg day btw, you know the biggest muscles of the body are in your legs.

For me 100 push up a day is possible. Beside , it has many advantage to the body system leading to burning of fat and general body building. 100 push up per day is a whole lot of exercise that anybody that indulge in it will appreciate in the near future as it help in maintaining a good body building and fitness especially those that have big belle.
Doing 100 push up everyday help the body to excret many toxic system in the body through sweating and if consistency is maintain it will help in longevity of life. However, going by the current trend in the price of Bitcoin the possible of Bitcoin reaching 100k is feasible because time is always directly proportional to rise in the value of money and commodity therefore the same rise in value with time is also applicable to Bitcoin.
