Nothing wrong with it, clearly. I was just torn between the two possible situation, whether [1] you send them an email asking about your situation only recently, of which I then wondered why now instead of back then or [2] they have an extraordinary patience to answer repetitive email asking about same thing over and over [no offense intended], as one or two casino will quite likely asked you to stop asking them the same thing over and over, that they'll reach you when and/or if they come to a decision.

BC.Game Support, I would much prefer if we can see the betting history, I will ask you once again to provide that, as OP has given his consent [in writing] that it is OK to provide that piece of information. Nonetheless, I understand that --according to your database-- OP is in overall profit? May we know how much he actually profited from your platform?

For this one, OP, I believe you can also provide that. How much have you deposited and withdrawn from their platform?
