I agree that Manchester City can be considered as having highest probability because they won 5 Premier League titles in last 6 seasons. It makes sense to believe in them but the given probability for Liverpool is too small. I think it should not be too small than Manchester City but I agree that Arsenal have less chance to win Premier League.
Generally I agree with orders in probability but disagree with too big difference between Manchester City and Liverpool.
