Most probably they will say that the withdrawal fee is high for the payment provider or wallet maintenance cost. Wintomato is charging higher fees like that since the beginning. There were also complaints from another user regarding the high withdrawal fee. I think Wintomato team isn’t going to reduce the fee. They are charging higher fee for all the crypto than the actual network fee.
