If you look at Arsenal's performance in the last few games in the Champions League, and especially against FC Porto, they were a bit shaky, I believe, because of lack of experience, when in a big tournament like the UEFA Champions League. So I believe their lack of experience will cost them in this game against Bayern Munich, and Bayern Munich are not a team to be underestimated regardless of their recent performances.
Arsenal would play Bayern Munich as an underdog in the UCL quarter- finals that means pressure would be on Bayern to win the match and it's obvious the present Bayern is not like the previous formidable team they had been on and of in term of their performances in Bundesliga , however the present Arsenal team can't be underrated notwithstanding there match against Porto which they narrowly won, Porto didn't give them the chances to play there usual free-flowing passes and not shaky Arsenal all effort to score more goals proved abortive and was thwarted by Porto defence manned by legendary Pepe whose wealth of experience helped Porto to stop Arsenal from scoring,
