Did you find some connections between him and a company named Arishti?
Between two kitty videos, he published this one on Youtube. He might either appropriates their content (see second 4-5 in the video), or maybe had a link with them at one time or another. If this is the case, given the company, I imagine that this scammer can be found very easily.
