Adjusted for inflation of what though? The number given for inflation is based on a basket of goods; some of which you might not use in that year... or possibly in any year. The inflation adjusted price for 2017 bacon is higher (US$7.318) than that of 2020 (US$6.886) but I didn't see anyone adjusting the ATH in November 2020 to a lower dollar value that the previous ATH because of deflationary bacon.
