Not that Ngannou needed that defeat to learn something, but athletes needed and example that you just cant go from other sports and compete on the same level with pros. If someone is able to run, does not mean he can compete with sprinters. He used to be a predator, not is isnt a boxer nor mma fighter. Now it is left that someone from PFL should finish him and his career would end.
The Reality is there but because he nearly defeated Tyson Fury he thought that he could also go toe-to-toe with other Heavyweights picking Anthony Joshua was a terrible mistake as Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua have different techniques, and Tyson Fury underestimated Francis Ngannou that time but I guess this is how far Francis Ngannou could go in boxing and even though he lost against Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua he still got a ton of money with this 2 fights.
I think we just expect too much from him after he nearly beat Fury. It disappointed many people when Ngannou showed his way to go into boxing.
There are disappointing fights from last week's event. I guess I was also expecting Chito to do exactly how he did it the first time. Also, Jailton Almeida risked himself by trying to takedown Blaydes in a crazy manner. I think Blaydes may be able to fight Jones if he beats Aspinall in their rematch.
For sure many have expected Francis Ngannou would put up a good fight against Anthony Joshua but sad to say it was not worth the watch as Anthony Joshua was dominating Ngannou, while Francis Ngannou didn't know what he was doing for this fight, I am sure he has acquired a lot of money in their fight, men and I really miss Ngannou fight again in the MMA and not in the boxing ring, he should abolish the hope that he can be a boxer, it is OK that he has tried it and make big money for himself, but becoming a boxer I really think that is something he can never achieve with his style and technique right now he can not defeat any Heavyweight boxer I think if Ngannou and Fury would fight again it will be Francis Ngannou's defeat.
Disappointed with Chito Vera's performance even though he won their 1st encounter this is really different Sean O'Malley right now knows what he is doing even though it was a boring fight O'Malley was fighting to win, he doesn't care knocking Marlon Vera he just wants to win and it is really effective against Marlon Vera.
