Girona are gradually regressing and this is beyond my expectations of Michel squad for a full season. Girona still needs to learn a lot and maintaining consistency is not easy. Getafe, which in several matches was less promising, however, when faced with Girona, was able to emerge as winners with great difficulty. In the future, I don't expect that the competition with Barcelona will gradually become less exciting. Girona has lost its best performance, while Barcelona has actually started to fix several problems, especially those of the players.
The problematic situation are blowing out of proportion for Gironistes, there's essentially need for improvement. Girona have been informed from day one and they've become very promising in performance. Girona are unable to maintain streak winnings in matches this season, they've fallen from #1 position on the league table and now, they're slowing moving out of the position of the top four. My question is pointed to the coach and the team's management, what's going regarding the performance of the team?
Seeing from what is happening now, actually I don't see much difference for Girona in terms of attack patterns and from their schemes are not too different from before, it's just that the longer they play well, it is certain that many eyes are watching and considering them a threat so that with the same attack pattern, it will definitely be a problem where over time they experience problems because the opponents they face already know how to counter it.
This is the same as what happened to Barcelona's tiki taka scheme because other clubs must have learned more about how to stop it and now it's happening. In the last few games Girona have struggled to maintain their consistency and that's a bit unexpected because we want something new from La Liga where not only the top clubs are in the top 4 and competing for the trophy.
That said, I still quite like what they're showing even though they're still having some problems and a bit of a setback but as long as they're able to stay in the top 4 then I think it's still very good for Girona.
