After BCGAME support on your thread, I really don't see any more reason for them to reply to your case again. I have highlighted some key point in their replies.

It is important to note that this activity occurred back in June of last year, and since then, we have made improvements to our live market odds, feeds, and processes to better prevent such abuse.
In your last post, you added your usdt address, I don't think you'll be receiving any payment from them since you were at a profit before your account was closed - assuming it was the other way around then they would have considered compensating you.
