I've been advised that as a newbie i shouldn't rush but to learn from old forum members and grow. But then, I've seen that for one to grow over here you need to get merited and on a regular basis,
Yes you need to be merited before you can grow on the forum here, but from the way you are posting, then you might end up not growing. It’s just obvious that you are here because of merit, and most people that are here because of merit always end up spoiling their account. Because most of them do crazy things just for the sake of merit, but they won’t end up receiving the merit. If you want to post here, then post freely, and you will get merited. You can learn from higher rank, and they can always motivate you to make quality post here.
well i believe at this point i should've been able to acquire some merits, despite the fact that I'm still a Newbie but then i don't see the Merits coming, even after some post i felt could fetch the Merits. It makes me wonder if my posts are not Merit worthy or Quality enough.
You are not the one that’s suppose to determine if a post worth merit or not, people reading your posts are the ones to judge if your post worth meriting or not. And some people will have the intention to merit your post, but they won’t have smerit, so because you haven’t received merit doesn’t mean you are going to give up from posting here.
