Unlucky for Denver that the Joker was on Kyrie, obviously he is too slow and can't really contest. If Gordon would have picked him up maybe he could challenge the shot. But of course it's always hard to challenge a hook shot, especially when it's a running hook shot.
What do you mean unlucky? I thought Jokic actually played a tight defense there. He was quick to recognize the switch and was able to contest the shot. Irving was forced to use his left which is a lower percentage shot compared to his usual jumper.
