Hello, as they replied it's not helpful to connect comkort exchange support. I have input a large amount of RMB to buy USDE, and the USDE got lost during the transaction in your website. You told me that you had returned my coins back, but I still don't receive them. Where did you return them to? It's been a long time and the problem is still bot be solved.
