Why don't you make your own thread for this site instead of posting in a other website's ANN thread. That's usually how things work around here.
Nobody would really try a site without any reputation since most of these adventures often end pretty bad.

I don't know how many times of violation will cause an account ban, but if it is not an immediate ban after violate that rule a first time, the ban will come after some repetitions of rule violation.
