Once again a nasty set of questions and when I say nasty, it means I acknowledge that @cryptofrka and @Trofo have put quite some effort into it. All too often people talk about the answers and how difficult it is to come up with one, but asking difficult questions is usually more complicated. Well done and when I submitted, I felt anything but confident! No idea.
