How about Binance? Copy trading on Binance was just added last October 2023 I've not tried this yet than spot trading and leverage trading.
Copy trading has been on Binance before last year but it was first provided by a third part called TradingWagon or so. It is true that Binance own copy trading started last year but people have be doing copy trading with third party on Binance before then.

Derivative trading is not available in US. But maybe some exchanges have spot copy trading now. Exchanges copy trading that is common are for derivatives.
