It would depend on all their other laws quite frankly, if they had a law that said unless we have ruled on it there shall be no illegality, then yes you would probably be able to play. If they created a law that assumed anything connected to chance combined with money is illegal or including real world casino locations, then you would assume that they'd stretch it so online offenses would fall into the same bracket.
