Yes it is evident, the person who says Ten Hag is successful maybe he is too fanatical. Kloop has been Liverpool for almost 9 years and has plenty of winning evidence. So his coaching career I consider quite successful. As for Ten Hag, he hasn't given any evidence at Man United so he's not in good coaching at the moment. One game is not a measure of a coach's success. Even Kloop is one of the coaches that amazes me besides Guardiola.
Erik Ten Hag cannot be said to be completely successful because his coaching system is still said to be of a poor standard for a club like Manchester United. Comparing him with Jurgen Kloop, who has been at Liverpool for a long time, is ridiculous because they are both very different. Jurgen Kloop has been at Liverpool for a long time and has won an important title that Erik Ten Hag has never given to Manchester United. Even for in the Champions League Manchester United is so bad how can it be compared to Jurgen Kloop's coaching system which overall looks good in The Premier League and Europa League, shouldn't just because of one match everyone think it was Kloop's fault that Manchester United beat.
To be honest, I also don't accept that just because Liverpool was beaten by Manchester United, many people think that Erik Ten Hag is better than Jurgen Kloop, even though if you look at the whole match it is clear that Jurgen Kloop is clearly far above Erik Ten Hag. In fact, currently Kloop's coaching is the best apart from Pep Guardiola and Mikel Arteta because these three coaches are currently on the rise in the Premier League fighting for important trophies.
