I think it would be a very bad story if Girona went on a losing streak and they dropped out of the top 4. It was something many people didn't expect. Girona has the respect of all La Liga fans because as a mediocre team they are surprisingly able to be in first place for several weeks, and hopefully they can qualify for the Champions League next season. So the bad performance in the last few matches must be an evaluation material for coaches so that they can maintain their position for now. The 7 point gap from Atletico Madrid is quite far, but with 7 games remaining I'm afraid Girona will fall out of the top 4 if they continue playing like this.
Many people and fans hopes that won't happen soon. Girona is doing really well this season, which is rare for this club to participate in the title race like this time even though if girona will be losing its chance to get la liga trophy but it can at least get UCL spot which will be also giving the club additional in come . It would be so cool if they could do even better than last year and make it to UCL next season. It's boring to see the same clubs qualify for UCL every year, so it would be awesome for Girona to play against the top European teams and i hope this is gonna happen soon. Although they're not playing at their best at the performance, they'll get back on track soon. It would be great if Girona could perform consistently until the end of season. Many people were expecting them to qualify for UCL.
To make it to the UCL, Girona needs to step up their game and be more consistent until the last match and this is obligation for michel to make it happen soon. It would suck if they miss out on this opportunity. I really hope they can make it happen and fulfill our expectations. It's been so long since Girona participated in the UCL, so it would be amazing to see them play next season. This would also boost Michel's popularity as Girona's coach. He's super important to the club, and he's really hoping to see his team in the UCL
