he doesn't seem to just want to learn and find out information from forums. looking at the username and several posts made, it is related to a project that he most likely wants to promote on this forum to get more interest.
I have confidence that he is not new to crypto forums. This might be more about promotional efforts for the project he is bringing. I don't know if he will return to this thread to continue the topic or will just focus on the topic he created.
Disguised promotion by being a Beginner who pretends to ask questions and then ultimately leads to a platform that he is promoting. This is an old trick that many people use, but it certainly won't be effective and people on this forum won't be easily fooled. it is also possible that he is paid or he himself owns the platform.
