How you can be so sure? if Liverpool can lose against Manchester United, there's a chance Atalanta can beat Liverpool. If Leverkusen almost lose against Qarabag FK, West Ham might able pull an upset. 
Most of the times Europa league is full of surprise, so predicting the final match or the champion is kinda hard. Probably Roma will become the champion in this season.

I agree with that. There is nothing to be sure about in this tournament now. Even for Liverpool there isn't such thing like they will 100% be in the final stage despite their impressive look in the Europa League so far.
For Leverkusen I trust them less than Liverpool as for reaching the final stage. We have all watched Leverkusen's performance against Qarabag previously, right? We have seen how much they struggled. Now they have drawn West Ham. You know that West Ham are no joke. They have much more capable players than Qarabag.
I won't place a bet on Leverkusen to advance to the semi finals after what I watched previously. Maybe I might even try West Ham to advance just for fun.
