both were also active in casino scam threads several years ago. I also suspect that both accounts are operated by the same person. but as you said, there isn't enough evidence to flag those accounts.
after all, the account is only used by the owner for certain threads, which I think is intentional to confuse the case. I think ignoring such accounts would be better.
